Dr. Traci Patterson
First and foremost, Traci is a CRPS Survivor! She is also known as an internationally renowned clinician, hypnotherapist, published author, researcher, speaker, patient advocate and trail blazer. Dr. Patterson is the President of Holistic Centered Treatment and is responsible for the creation of the Holistic Centered Treatment protocol. In addition, Dr. Patterson created the first app dedicated to those living with CRPS - CRPS Hub. She truly is an expert in CRPS!
Using her own experience as someone that was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), Traci is helping others to regain their lives. Traci lived with type 2 CRPS for 7 years prior to gaining long-term remission. She now brings hope, healing and inspiration to others.
Traci specializes in the treatment of CRPS and chronic pain. She is helping individuals regain their lives with her protocol - Holistic Centered Treatment (HCT). This is a comprehensive, evidence based, non-invasive and drug free protocol that is individualized to meet the specific needs of each person.
Traci has a dynamic background from a perspective that few if any other physician, clinician or practitioner can offer. Her background as a chronic pain patient diagnosed with CRPS, someone that utilized mind-body medicine (hypnosis, biofeedback & neuroplasticity training) to get into remission, and is now treating other chronic pain patients is rare. She has patients, pediatrics to geriatrics, which contact her internationally searching for answers and relief.
Traci is well known within the CRPS and chronic pain communities as a patient advocate and is very passionate about ensuring the chronic pain community is not left behind.

Dr. Traci Patterson, is a Certified Clinical Hypnotist and Clinical Instructor. She holds additional credentials and certifications in Chronic Pain, Cancer Patient Care, PTSD, and Palliative Care. In addition, she holds a masters in business administration (MBA), medical degree, and a doctorate in naturopathy (h.c.).
No type of work is licensed by the state of Idaho. All work and/or modalities are considered alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state. She is not a licensed physician in Idaho.

In response to the pandemic I have created a program that will help us meet the growing needs of CRPS and chronic pain patients by integrating Telehealth with physical modalities - HCT Home Intensive. This program is helping patients gain functional levels and reach their goals from the comfort of their homes.
This is the same methodology used in office with my protocol - Holistic Centered Treatment (HCT). It is this combination that is addressing all aspects of CRPS - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The first step to doing all of this is getting the individual out of fight/flight which balances out the autonomic system. This in and of itself will start dropping the pain levels. Neuroplasticity combined with the additional modalities helps us break the pain loop, increase restorative sleep, decrease and control stress, anxiety and/or PTSD.
